FAWE Rwanda in partnership with Mastercard foundation conducted a two days’ workshop for 17 career counselors that aimed at sharing knowledge on individual and career guidance sessions that are being held on a monthly basis. They were equipped with skills of engaging scholars using online tools for those with access to internet and offline tools for those without access to internet, supporting them to improve their academic performance and impart them with skills that will enable them to transition to the world of work.
Through this workshop the participants were able to learn how to use different online conference tools, quick reporting and recognizing how to deal with mental health issues among scholars.
